Brandon Lads 3 Bulldogs 5
The first quarter saw Brandon concede two well
taken goals. The second quarter saw Brandon start
to lift their game and really begin to play some great
football. Joe Haire had a long shot which
unfortunately just tipped the bar, as it was a
cracking shot. Gregorz Ostrowski was in outstanding
form throughout the match, and not much was able to
get past him. The third quarter saw Tomas Ostrowski
make an amazing save from a penalty, and this form
continued with more fine saves. Bradley Hamilton
played very well in midfield, with strong tackles and
great ball control. Thetford managed to break through
and score their third, but this did not stop Brandon
from putting in 100% effort. The last quarter
was dominated by a determined Brandon side, when a
team reshuffle saw Kieran Horn in right midfield,
Danny Kemp in the middle and Liam Kennedy up front.
Kieran Horn took a corner and a superbly placed ball
that took a deflection started Brandon's comeback.
This was swiftly followed with a great pass from
Kieran Horn which enabled Liam Kennedy to score.
Liam soon notched another after some great footwork,
levelling the score. Brandon created more
chances, but were unable to score, and unfortunately,
Thetford went on to score two more. Well done to
all the boys, this is the best you have ever played.

Wymondham 9 Brandon Lads 0
On a freezing Sunday, a very muddy pitch didn't allow
Brandon to really get going. The boys battled
hard against a strong Wymondham side and were unable
to create many chances. Joe Haire was solid at the
back and with the aid of Gregorz Ostrowski they
defended well. Danny Kemp and Liam Kennedy tried hard
to break through, but were unable to do so. Ryan
Harvey and Kieran Horn created chances and Ryan was
unlucky not to score. Luke Healy put in some strong
tackles, and Bradley Hamilton showed some skilful
passing. Owen Moment stopped Wymondham from breaking
through on a couple of occasions. Tomas Ostrowski
worked hard in goal, and made an excellent save from a
Wymondham penalty. Well done boys for putting in so
much effort.

Swaffham 4 Brandon Lads 2
Firstly well done to Jack Morley and Kieran Horn for
scoring their first league goals. Brandon were away to
a very strong Swaffham side the game started with both
sides playing some good football. The football was end
to end stuff with both teams missing chances early on
Brandon were playing some good football and were
unlucky to go two nil down. Brandon then went up a
gear with Liam Kennedy putting in some real good
tackles. After some very good passing Jack Morley got
a goal back for Brandon. Bradley Hamilton was working
very hard in midfield and Brandon equalised from a a
well taken goal by Kieran Horn. Liam wing was
outstanding again at left back. But it wasn't to be Brandon's
day and conceded to late goals. This was an excellent
team performance by Brandon Well done boys.

Bulldogs B 1 Brandon Lads 4
Brandon u10`s got their first win of the season at Thetford
Bulldogs. Brandon got off to a flier applying pressure
to Bulldogs goal from the off and got their reward. 3
goals from Liam Kennedy in the first period of which the
3rd was the pick of the bunch. Some neat passing from
midfield trio Danny Kemp, Joseph Haire and Bradley
Hamilton sent Kennedy through easing past a defender and
slotting past the keeper. The second period started as
the first with Brandon forcing errors resulting in their
4th goal after a goalmouth scramble credited to L. Kennedy.
The second half saw Bulldogs pull a goal back deservedly
so, as Brandon's midfield abandoned their defensive
duties. Bulldogs were making a good go of it with
the game going end to end with both keepers doing well
not to concede any more. Brandon's keeper [mom] Thomaz
Ostrowski, defenders Gregorz Ostrowski and Owen Moment
were superb, with subs Kieran Horn and Luke Healey doing
well. The players, the ref and supporters were a credit
to the game. well done bulldogs.

Thetford Indies 1 Brandon Lads 1
Brandon started well with some very good passing,
Danny Kemp was working hard again in midfield putting
some very good crosses into the box but Brandon couldn't
connect. Bradley Hamilton was also working very hard
putting in some well timed tackles. Liam Kennedy had a
several chances in the first half but couldn't hit the
back of the net. After half time Indies scored,
Brandon continued attacking which paid off minutes
later with a goal from Grzegorz Ostrowski. Joe Haire
and Owen moment were very good at the back doing some
very good tackles and clearances. MOM Owen moment.

Brandon Lads 1 Watton 6
Brandon started slow conceding two early goals Joe
Haire scored and Brandon started attacking very well.
Brandon were creating a lot of chances but couldn't
find the back of the net. Danny Kemp, Liam Kennedy and
Bradley Hamilton were working hard again in
midfield. After half time Owen moment and Grzegorz
Ostrowski were making some good tackles but couldn't
stop Watton scoring. Unfortunately after a heavy
tackle Brandon keeper Tomas Ostrowski was unable to
continue, Kieran Horn and Luke Healy both had chances
to score but it wasn't to be Brandon's day.

Brandon lads 1 Cringleford 4
Brandon started the game playing some good attacking
football. Brandon scored first from a goal by Liam Kennedy
,Brandon should have scored more goals before the
break because they were causing Cringleford a lot of
problems. After the break Brandon were being caught on
the break with Joe Haire and Grzegorz Ostrowski doing
some very good defending. Danny Kemp was doing some
good work in midfield but Brandon couldn't find
another goal despite a lot of chances.

Harling 5 Brandon Lads 2
Brandon travelled to Harling for their first league
game. Brandon got off to slow start losing 4 nil at
half time. After the break Brandon start playing some
good football with Grzegorz Ostrowski and Bradley Hamilton
working their socks off in midfield. A good
corner from Danny Kemp saw Grzegorz get the first goal
for Brandon. Brandon then continued playing well and Liam
Kennedy scored Brandon's second. Liam wing was playing
some very good football at the back. Harling scored a
very good goal just before the whistle to make it
5-2.A very good first game all the boys played well.
