PLAYERS' CODE OF CONDUCT


 
A player should always act on the instructions of the team manager/coach or any adult in a supervisory capacity.

 

Bad language, violence or unruly behaviour (on or off the field) will not be tolerated, any persons found acting in such a manner would be subject to disciplinary action (as laid down in the club rules).

 

Persistent offenders will have their membership suspended at the discretion of the disciplinary committee, and may be expelled from the club.

 

This club fully supports the F.A.’s “KICK RACISM OUT OF FOOTBALL” and any person found making racist comments or gestures would be expelled from the club.

 

Players should set a positive example for others, particularly young players and supporters.

 

Players should make every effort consistent with fair play and the laws of the game to help his team.

 

Players should abide by the laws, rules and spirit of the game, and accept success and failure, victory and defeat, equally.

 

Players should treat opponents with due respect at all times, irrespective of the result of the game.

 

Players should respect all other players, treat them fairly and equally, what ever standard of football they are.

 

Players should accept the decision of the match official.

 

Players should report any injury or illness to their team coach as early as possible.

 

The wearing of shin pads is compulsory for both training and matches, “NO SHIN PADS, NO FOOTBALL” All kits and boots should be clean and presentable at all times.

 

All players muct abide by the F.A. Respect Players Code of Conduct.
